Un nuevo espacio para la literatura, la investigación y el pensamiento detectivesco
La literatura de intriga y crimen siempre ha sido mucho más que un género.
Es observación, psicología, análisis, intuición y exploración de la condición humana.
Desde los grandes clásicos de la novela detectivesca hasta las nuevas narrativas contemporáneas vinculadas al true crime, la criminología o la investigación psicológica, el universo criminal continúa despertando una fascinación que atraviesa generaciones y fronteras.
Con esa voluntad nace el Club Literario de Intriga y Crimen, un espacio cultural concebido para reunir literatura, pensamiento detectivesco, investigación y diálogo contemporáneo.
El proyecto surge de la unión de tres perfiles creativos vinculados al mundo de la comunicación, la narrativa y la cultura: Belén Anguas, directora de cine y escritora, autora de «El Redentor«; Lucía de Vicente, autora de «Cuando pase la tormenta», periodista y escritora especializada en narrativa de suspense y ficción contemporánea y Nina Vélez-Troya, periodista, escritora, autora de «El sueño americano de Eugenio Vélez Troya» y fundadora de Detective Stories, además de Red Ivory -dedicado al mundo del lujo- y de NVT Exquisite Business Club -dedicado al mundo de los negocios e inversiones.
El Club nace con la intención de generar encuentros entre autores, lectores, investigadores, criminólogos, detectives privados y profesionales vinculados al análisis criminal y la narrativa de misterio.
No se trata únicamente de hablar de libros.
Se trata de reflexionar sobre:
- el crimen como construcción narrativa,
- la psicología humana,
- la observación,
- la investigación,
- la memoria,
- el comportamiento,
- y la permanente necesidad de comprender aquello que permanece oculto.
En una sociedad marcada por la velocidad y la saturación digital, el Club Literario de Intriga y Crimen reivindica también el valor de la conversación pausada, el pensamiento crítico y la cultura compartida.
Las primeras actividades y presentaciones institucionales comenzarán próximamente en distintas ciudades españolas vinculadas al ámbito de la investigación privada, la criminología y la cultura literaria.
Porque el misterio continúa siendo una de las formas más profundas de conocimiento.

A new space for literature, investigation and detective thinking
Crime and mystery literature has always been far more than a literary genre.
It is observation, psychology, analysis, intuition and an exploration of human nature.
From the great classics of detective fiction to contemporary narratives linked to true crime, criminology and psychological investigation, the criminal universe continues to inspire fascination across generations and cultures.
With this spirit, the Literary Club of Intrigue and Crime was created: a cultural space designed to bring together literature, detective thinking, investigation and contemporary dialogue.
The project was born from the collaboration of three creative profiles connected to communication, storytelling and culture:
Belén Anguas, film director and author of «The Redeemer»; Lucía de Vicente, journalist and writer of «When the storm passes» specialising in suspense fiction and contemporary narrative; and Nina Vélez-Troya, journalist, writer, author of «The American Dream of Eugenio Vélez Troya»and founder of Detective Stories, as well as Red Ivory – dedicated to the world of luxury – and NVT Exquisite Business Club – dedicated to the world of business and investments.
The Club was created with the aim of generating encounters between authors, readers, investigators, criminologists, private detectives and professionals connected to criminal analysis and mystery narratives.
It is not only about discussing books.
It is about reflecting on:
- crime as narrative construction,
- human psychology,
- observation,
- investigation,
- memory,
- behaviour,
- and the constant human desire to understand what remains hidden.
In a society dominated by speed and digital saturation, the Literary Club of Intrigue and Crime also seeks to reclaim the value of thoughtful conversation, critical thinking and shared cultural experience.
The first presentations and institutional collaborations will begin soon in several Spanish cities linked to private investigation, criminology and literary culture.
Because mystery remains one of the deepest forms of knowledge.
