La VI edición de C1b3rWall 2026, organizada por la Policía Nacional y la Universidad de Salamanca, incorporará por primera vez un “Track Detectives Privados”, una jornada especializada dedicada a la investigación digital, la ciberinteligencia y el papel del detective privado en los nuevos escenarios tecnológicos.

El encuentro refleja la profunda transformación que vive actualmente el sector de la investigación privada ante el crecimiento del cibercrimen, la inteligencia artificial, los fraudes digitales, los deepfakes y las criptomonedas.

A lo largo de la jornada participarán profesionales y especialistas de diferentes ámbitos vinculados a la investigación tecnológica, la ciberseguridad y la inteligencia digital.

 

 

Entre los ponentes destacan:

• Esther Gómez, detective privado, con la ponencia “Biometría, IA y detección del engaño”, centrada en los límites tecnológicos y jurídicos de la inteligencia artificial aplicada al análisis conductual y la validez probatoria.
• Javier Fadón, detective privado, abordará el análisis de criptomonedas y la transformación de datos blockchain en inteligencia accionable orientada a la recuperación patrimonial y la investigación legal.
• Salvador Gamero analizará la evolución de la ciberinvestigación estratégica para detectives privados, incluyendo OSINT, identidad digital, fingerprinting y preservación probatoria.
• Enrique Arranz Baldomá presentará un enfoque operativo del forense informático aplicado a la investigación privada y la generación de líneas de investigación a partir de indicios digitales.
• Vicente Delgado centrará su intervención en la investigación operativa del fraude digital, la detección de patrones y la construcción de evidencia accionable en entornos online.
• Luis Lafont Nicuesa, fiscal adscrito a la Comunidad de Madrid y detective honorífico, analizará el valor probatorio de la investigación física y tecnológica en el ámbito judicial.
• Francisco Pérez Bes, adjunto a presidencia de la AEPD, abordará los límites y obligaciones legales relacionados con la protección de datos personales en las investigaciones privadas digitales.
• Ángela María García Valdés, técnico de la Línea de Ayuda de Ciberseguridad de INCIBE, expondrá el papel de la colaboración público-privada y la respuesta ante incidentes digitales.
• David A. Sanmartín cerrará la jornada con una mesa de conclusiones centrada en el futuro del detective privado dentro del ecosistema de ciberseguridad e inteligencia digital.

El dossier pone especialmente el foco en la evolución del detective privado como especialista multidisciplinar capaz de integrar investigación operativa, análisis técnico y valor probatorio dentro del nuevo ecosistema digital.

La creación de este track específico confirma que la investigación privada está entrando en una nueva etapa donde la tecnología, la ciberseguridad y la inteligencia digital serán elementos fundamentales para el futuro del sector.

The event reflects the profound transformation currently affecting the private investigation sector due to the rise of cybercrime, artificial intelligence, digital fraud, deepfakes and cryptocurrencies.

The conference will bring together professionals and specialists from different areas related to technological investigation, cybersecurity and digital intelligence.

Featured speakers include:

• Esther Gómez, private investigator, presenting “Biometrics, AI and deception detection”, focused on the technological and legal limits of artificial intelligence applied to behavioral analysis and evidentiary validity.
• Javier Fadón will address cryptocurrency investigations and the transformation of blockchain data into actionable intelligence aimed at asset recovery and legal investigation.
• Salvador Gamero will explore strategic cyber investigation for private detectives, including OSINT, digital identity analysis, fingerprinting and evidence preservation.
• Enrique Arranz Baldomá will present an operational digital forensics approach applied to private investigation and the creation of investigative lines from digital evidence.
• Vicente Delgado will focus on operational digital fraud investigations, pattern detection and the creation of actionable evidence in online environments.
• Luis Lafont Nicuesa, prosecutor attached to the Madrid regional government and honorary detective, will analyze the evidentiary value of physical and technological investigations in judicial proceedings.
• Francisco Pérez Bes, Deputy to the Presidency of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), will address legal obligations and data protection limits in digital private investigations.
• Ángela María García Valdés, cybersecurity assistance specialist at INCIBE, will discuss public-private collaboration and response mechanisms for digital incidents.
• David A. Sanmartín will conclude the event with a final panel focused on the future role of private detectives within cybersecurity and digital intelligence ecosystems.
