La periodista Tere Vilas de RTVE ha llevado a cabo un reportaje en torno al cyber profiling. Para aquellos que no estéis familiarizados con éste término, os podemos contar que se trata de un perfil profesional incluido en el sector de la ciberseguridad, cuyo principal cometido es unir los conocimientos en Criminología con aquellos que permiten prevenir, investigar y solventar los cada vez más frecuentes ataques cibernéticos.

En este sentido, Rafael Guerrero -director de Agency World– ha sido entrevistado, juntamente con otras personas destacadas dentro del ámbito de la investigación, la innovación y la Criminología.
En la entrevista, Rafael Guerrero destaca que su principal cometido como investigador privado es encontrar las “huellas digitales” que dejan aquellos que han perpetrado un ciber delito. Y que los casos más habituales son la suplantación de identidad, el acoso informático con menores.
Rafael destaca que “hay que estar muy metido en todas las fuentes que nos van a generar información”. En este sentido, Rafael explica que es necesario utiliazr ordenadores especialmente habilitados y saberse mover por entornos como la Dark Web y la Deep Web.

In the interview, Rafael Guerrero highlights that his main task as a private investigator is to find the «digital footprints» left by those who have perpetrated a cybercrime. And that the most common cases are identity theft, cyberbullying with minors.
Rafael stresses that «you have to be very involved in all the sources that will generate information». In this sense, Rafael explains that it is necessary to use specially enabled computers and know how to move through environments such as the Dark Web and the Deep Web.
