Los días 16, 17 y 18 de marzo de 2023, la Asociación Profesional de Detectives Privados de España (APDPE) celebrará su XVI Congreso Anual en el Hotel Nixe Palace en Palma de Mallorca en la que se tratará la figura del Detective Privado y el Compromiso Social, por el que se guía su trabajo en todos los ámbitos de la sociedad en los que se requiere su actuación profesional.
Así, se analizará y destacará la actuación de estos profesionales del ámbito de la investigación privada española en la lucha contra la violencia de género, agresiones contra la libertad sexual, custodia de menores, secuestros de menores por los propios padres y desapariciones tanto de menores como de adultos, localización de personas, revisión de pensiones alimenticias, así como, se debatirá sobre la importancia del informe de los detectives privados en los procedimientos de familia, compilance, fuentes abiertas de investigación y detección del fraude entre otras actividades y en el que aparte de darse encuentro profesionales de toda España, intervendrán ponentes nacionales e internacionales relacionados con el sector, aparte de contar con las intervenciones y representaciones pertinentes de las Fuerzas y Cuerpos de Seguridad del Estado, y una importante presencia de prensa local.
Dentro del marco de nuestro Congreso, se celebrará la presentación de nuestro nuevo Anuario APDPE- Más que Detectives, la exposición fotográfica Expo Photo Detective APDPE y exposición literaria en El Rincón del Detective Escritor.

The Professional Association of Private Detectives of Spain (APDPE) will hold its XVI Annual Conference
On March 16, 17 and 18, 2023, the Professional Association of Private Detectives of Spain (APDPE) will hold its XVI Annual Congress at the Nixe Palace Hotel in Palma de Mallorca, which will address the figure of the Private Detective and the Social Commitment, by which their work is guided in all areas of society in which their professional performance is required.
Thus, the performance of these professionals in the field of Spanish private investigation will be analyzed and highlighted in the fight against gender violence, aggressions against sexual freedom, custody of minors, kidnapping of minors by their own parents and disappearances of both minors and adults, location of persons, review of alimony, as well as the importance of the report of private detectives in family proceedings will be discussed, compilance, open sources of investigation and fraud detection among other activities and in which apart from meeting professionals from all over Spain, national and international speakers related to the sector will take part, apart from having the relevant interventions and representations of the State Security Forces and Corps, and an important presence of local press.
Within the framework of our Congress, the presentation of our new APDPE Yearbook - More than Detectives, the photographic exhibition Expo Photo Detective APDPE and literary exhibition in El Rincón del Detective Escritor (The Detective Writer's Corner) will be held.
